At Colby-Sawyer College, I was a staff writer and news editor of our newspaper The Courier. During that time, I composed editorials about an array of subjects. Below are some of favorite of those pieces:

Blog Posts:
I began my blogging career in 2009, writing reflection pieces and posting occasional content related to country music. Since then, my passion for country music has became the blog’s sole focus. I took my country music writing career to the next level when I was invited to join My Kind of Country, a widely read national country music blog, in 2011. Here are a selection of my favorite pieces:

Radio:
At 95.9 WATD-FM, I was assigned the task of writing a promo script for a contest. WATD-FM gives away a free one-year membership to Healthtrax, a local fitness facility. I composed three scripts and Lisa Azizian chose one to turn into their ad. I’ve included the script below. I was solely in charge of the script not the production of the promo.
